History

Mr. Edwards was admitted to practice law in December of 2005.  Thereafter, he served as an associate attorney in a boutique law firm emphasizing estate planning and business law.  In May of 2008, he started his private practice.

Achievements

Mr. Edwards has helped his clients protect their personal assets through creation of various entities and other business transactions. Similarly, he has helped clients by correcting flawed business planning done through self help services.

His guidance has provided clients with present and future tax savings, legal fee avoidance and real property reassessment avoidance.  He has also assisted clients in negotiating favorable settlements and has served as trial counsel in various civil cases.
